1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Orbitor ("the Service"), operated by Orbitor Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Description

Orbitor is an AI-powered platform that assists users in building, designing, and launching software products. The Service includes AI-driven idea validation, product requirement document generation, UI/UX design, code generation, deployment automation, and marketing strategy tools. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Payments & Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion. We may change our pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including generated code, designs, and documents. Orbitor retains all rights to the platform, its underlying technology, AI models, and proprietary tools.

You grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your projects or generated outputs. The Orbitor name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Orbitor Inc. and may not be used without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbitor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these terms, engage in prohibited activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for a reasonable period (30 days) after termination.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and, where possible, via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service.
